Using our proven processes and with your input, the project will be managed through completion in phases:

Design Assist - Working directly with the architect, engineer and project team.

• Evaluate current programming
• Develop project time line
• Final check by PE of all specifications and pricing
• Client review and sign off

Pre - Install

• Account Manager and Project Manager will attend all construction meetings in order to be current on any job related changes
• Project team to field verify for any critical dimensions
• Meeting to review installation strategy and drawings - this includes EIG Project Team as well as the predetermined lead installer and the client
• Confirmation of product ship date, ship to location and arrival date

Installation

• Help project team establish the schedule
• Coordinate installation with all other trades
• Receive and inspect all products on the job
• Daily progress reports provided

Post - Install

• Lead installer, client walk-through and punch project
• Order any necessary warranty items (again, status reports to be supplied weekly)
• Punch list items to be scheduled and completed in a timely manner
• Final walk-through and sign off
• Project conclusion meeting includes all key members to assess client satisfaction
