At EIG we have developed a unique service system we call the
Pre-Construction Service.
The Pre-Construction Service is comprised of a committed group
of professionals who work along side the professional design and
construction team to bring current leading edge sustainable approaches
to the process. This commitment of educational partnering is our
investment towards the successful future of sustainability.
The Pre-Construction Service team consists of the account manager
(AM) professional engineer (PE) and the project coordinator (PC).
The AM is the customer's point of contact throughout the process
and is usually a professional who has many engineered interiors
projects under his or her belt.
The PE provides expertise in the areas of mechanical systems requirements,
energy usage, under floor delivery and total project integration.
The PC ensures accurate project estimation, timely order entry
and submittals and coordinated installation.
The Pre-Construction Service is capable of providing knowledgeable
professional system analysis, integrated mechanical application,
energy utilization projection, construction cost projection and
attainable life-cycle forecasting. EIG asserts that with correct
initial design approaches throughout the integrated construction
team initial project construction costs, ongoing service and expected
lifecycle benefits will be ultimately achieved.
